What You'll Be Doing

• Building, leading, and motivating a leadership team, including Regional Sales Managers, a National Product Manager, and a Dairy Sales Manager.
• Ensuring efficient planning and implementation of sales strategies across the UK.
• Developing effective recruitment and training programs for agents.
• Leveraging marketing and sales data for informed decision-making.
• Representing the company at key UK shows and actively contributing to management meetings and company culture.

About You

• At least 5 years of sales management experience, with 3 years in the agricultural sector.
• A deep understanding and passion for the agricultural industry.
• A customer-focused leader with strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Skilled in concept selling and team leadership with integrity.
